The customer may request a cancellation of an order within 2 hours and once the cancellation is processed from our end, the refund will usually take 4-5 business days from the date of cancellation. Subsequently, the refunded amount will reflect in customer’s account in 24-72 hours depending upon your bank and holidays.
- Cancellation/Refund Request: An order may be cancelled online from your account login. To request cancellation/refund manually, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also call to cancel at 98702-20860. We are available Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. For after hours, the support is email only.
- Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation charge. The funds will be refunded in the full amount as paid and to the same account from which the payment is made.
- Refund Processing: The customer may request refund within 2 hours. Once the cancellation/refund is processed from our end, the refund usually takes 4-5 business days. Subsequently, the refunded amount will be reflected in customer’s account in 24-72 hours depending upon the bank and holidays.
- Raw Kombucha reserves the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
- No refunds will be honored for orders placed using special discount codes or during promotional periods.
- No returns are allowed post delivery, unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
