Subscription terms

What you authorise

When you choose “Subscribe & repeat”, you authorise Natural Super Foods LLP, through Razorpay, to charge the exact recurring amount and frequency shown at checkout. Card mandates may collect the first payment immediately. For eMandate, the bank can register the mandate first and process the initial debit later. An order and invoice are confirmed only after Razorpay reports a successful charge.

Frequency, price and duration

You can choose weekly, every two weeks, or monthly where offered. Your recurring amount is fixed at signup for that subscription. Five years is the maximum technical term, not a five-year purchase commitment: you can cancel future renewals from My Account. Subscriptions continue until cancelled, completed, or that maximum term is reached. You can start a new mandate after that term if you wish to continue.

Supported payment methods

Subscriptions currently use Razorpay Card recurring payments or eMandate. UPI Autopay and COD subscriptions are not offered until those recurring paths are separately enabled and verified.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, resume, or cancel future renewals from My Account. Cancellation is sent to Razorpay for the end of the current paid billing cycle, so it stops future charges without cancelling an order already paid for. A debit already initiated by the bank may still complete.

Failed payments and delivery

Razorpay may retry a failed recurring payment under its mandate rules. We create and dispatch a renewal delivery only after Razorpay confirms a successful charge. Your renewal date is a billing date, not a guaranteed delivery date; delivery follows our shipping policy. If stock needs attention after a successful charge, the order is retained for manual fulfilment instead of being lost.

Checkout limitations

A subscription requires an account. One subscription checkout must use a single delivery frequency and cannot include one-time items or coupons, including WELCOME7. That first-order code remains available for eligible one-time orders. These safeguards keep the amount approved in the mandate identical to the amount charged.
